Focus on establishing first contacts, qualifying DeFi opportunities, and nurturing relationships with leading protocols to scale decentralized market making.

What you will do
- Scan the web3 market for new partners and establish initial points of contact.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with leading DeFi projects.
- Qualify business development opportunities and drive them through to closure.
- Collaborate with BD and marketing teams to develop new growth strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience within a B2B DeFi company.
- Proven track record of selling technical DeFi solutions and closing deals.
- Deep knowledge of DeFi and finance concepts such as Uniswap v3, LVR, impermanent loss, and MEV.
- Web3 native user who interacts with DeFi protocols on a daily or weekly basis.
- Strong communication skills, proactive personality, and excellent time management.
