What you will do

• Act as super-administrator for the global Project Management tool (Monday.com), managing access, workflows, and KPIs.
• Support the definition and adoption of project and execution standards to ensure global consistency in reporting.
• Design and deliver training materials and onboarding sessions for PM tool users and administrators.
• Develop AI-driven knowledge repositories to transition from static documentation to dynamic knowledge enablement.
• Coordinate global Salesforce license governance, optimizing allocation and costs across various countries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in tools administration, PMO support, or business operations.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred) and Power BI.
• Exposure to CRM administration or Salesforce environments.
• Fluent English proficiency; French, Spanish, or Portuguese are considered a plus.
• Must be based in Europe at a hirify.global location (e.g., Bucharest or Issy-les-Moulineaux).

• Experience integrating PM tools with Jira or Azure DevOps.
