Salary: $185,000–$210,000

What you will do
- Drive the technical vision and roadmap for AI-powered agents, applications, and platforms.
- Lead the design and delivery of production-ready data and retrieval architectures to provide context for AI agents.
- Own code quality through active reviews, release leadership, and on-call support to ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Partner with product, ML/DS, and clinical teams to translate requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers across levels to improve overall team effectiveness and technical standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering complex, production-grade software systems.
- Deep expertise in cloud environments and scalable architecture.
- Strong background in designing data systems and pipelines that support AI-driven applications.
- Experience applying modern AI systems in real-world production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be based in the United States.
