Salary: $204,000 - 255,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of Unstructured AI systems from prototype to production.
• Build and scale systems for ingesting, processing, and enriching unstructured content like PDFs, contracts, and reports.
• Integrate data from enterprise sources such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and internal APIs.
• Ship complex systems under ambiguity, balancing speed and precision.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams for alignment from prototype to rollout.
• Occasionally contribute to modern frontend development.

Requirements

• Hybrid in New York office at least 2 days/week; no visa sponsorship.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, API development, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based and AI-driven models (classification, entity extraction, deduplication, PII detection).
• Proven delivery of production systems using Big Data frameworks like Spark.
• Understanding of data pipelines, microservice architecture, API design.
• Experience with enterprise data sources (SharePoint/OneDrive, Salesforce, SaaS knowledge bases).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and structured decision-making under ambiguity.
