What you will do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation, translating functional requirements into scalable solutions.
- Proactively manage account health, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement to ensure long-term retention.
- Conduct IER (Intake, Execution, Reporting) cycles to map and optimize customer business processes.
- Drive the adoption of AI by building custom workflow agents tailored to specific business KPIs.
- Serve as a technical partner to identify expansion opportunities and generate leads via data-driven AI usage analysis.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer pain points into actionable product insights.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in platform capabilities, automation logic, and integrations.
- AI-native proficiency in prompt design and agentic workflows, with experience in tools like Claude, n8n, or make.com.
- Strong consultative discovery skills for workflow analysis and process mapping.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders and strict deadlines.
- Capability to use dashboards and metrics to communicate account health and ROI.
- Must have valid work authorization for the US (Visa sponsorship is unavailable for this role).
