Salary: $193,855 – $281,888 USD

What you will do

• Hire and scale engineering squads to support both new and existing product initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and manage the career development of software engineers.
• Drive initiatives focused on Product Growth, including Activation, Retention, Onboarding, and Monetization.
• Identify future technical requirements and create strategic plans to ensure system scalability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify and enhance the scheduling experience.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to respond to business-critical alerts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• 10+ years of overall professional development experience.
• Prior experience leading teams focused on Product Growth and Monetization.
• Deep proficiency in web application development and SaaS.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and MVC frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the USA.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (preferred), Python, Go, or PHP.
• Experience migrating monolith applications into microservices.
