What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of a team of 20-25 non-exempt staff to ensure production and quality standards are met.
• Track and evaluate staff performance metrics, implementing process improvements to exceed efficiency goals.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage customer service escalations and recovery processes in a high-volume operational environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with FDA regulations and company policies through cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of management experience in operations, preferably within medical devices, healthcare services, or clinical settings.
• Proven experience managing large teams in high-volume service environments.
• Expertise in utilizing KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
• Proficiency with workflow automation tools and performance dashboards.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to attend the local IDTF in person.
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations in healthcare operations.
