What you will do

  • Develop and own the external communications strategy, including thought leadership content, newsletters, social media, and press.
  • Build a compelling and consistent narrative about the firm's mission and impact across all channels.
  • Plan and execute high-quality events, ranging from intimate CEO roundtables to larger industry gatherings.
  • Support business development through the creation of marketing materials and outbound campaigns.
  • Manage strategic relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders in the AI ecosystem.
  • Utilize AI tools to increase the quality and efficiency of marketing and communications output.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or PR, preferably at an early-stage technology or AI company.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt voice for different audiences.
  • Hands-on experience in event planning and production.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex AI concepts to a general business audience.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth AI or edtech company.
  • Background in enterprise sales or go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Existing professional network within the AI or enterprise technology ecosystem.
