Inventory Records Assistant

What you will do

• Perform inventory control via physical cycle counts and reconcile negative inventory balances.
• Maintain book-to-physical count accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
• Manage Quarantine, Pending, and Work in Progress (WIP) inventory.
• Conduct shipping and receiving dock audits and process shipping documents and labels.
• Validate new SKUs through OMNI and process inter-plant transfers.
• Handle customer returns and prepare inbound damage/wet claims.

Requirements

• Able to drive High reach/order picker.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal software programs.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculating units of measure.
• Ability to read and interpret technical shipping documents and bills of lading.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with vendors and corporate partners.
