What you will do

• Plan and coordinate the design, verification, and evaluation of analog mixed-signal circuits in high-speed data communication ICs.
• Collaborate with Analog, DSP, DV, FW, and AE teams to ensure the delivery of competitive SerDes IP solutions.
• Improve and maintain the unique in-house design methodology and flow.
• Lead the development and execution of analog mixed-signal IP and provide pre- and post-silicon support.
• Manage project requirements, schedules, budgets, and risks while communicating with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or CS with 10-15 years of experience, or a Master's/PhD with 5-10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in high-speed analog mixed-signal SerDes design and digital design concepts.
• Expertise in design verification, timing closure, and digital logic timing analysis.
• Strong skills in Verilog/VHDL coding and the use of Lint tools.
• Knowledge of physical and layout design concepts.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Experience with MAC and PHY integration or silicon validation.
• Knowledge of 8051 or ARM Cortex micro-controllers and firmware experience.
• Experience with synthesis using Synopsys or Cadence tools and timing analysis via Primetime.
• Understanding of DFT concepts including Scan and BIST.
