What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, prospecting and developing customers and distributors to meet monthly sales targets in Consumer and/or Commercial lines.
• Provide business proposals focused on profitability for the company and customers.
• Ensure implementation of trade policies and dealer advertising to generate sell-in and sell-out.
• Conduct research and analysis of competition, including pricing, strategies, products, trends, and promotions.
• Coordinate marketing strategies with distributors and develop the sales force to increase market share.
• Plan demand forecasts according to territory and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Engineer, Administrator, or relevant sales experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Sales and Marketing skills.
• Target-focused with planning development.
• Business acumen, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with sales in the field, tires, or consumer goods.
• Knowledge of the tire industry and SAP.
