What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, prospecting and developing customers and distributors to meet monthly sales targets in Consumer and/or Commercial lines.
- Provide business proposals focused on profitability for the company and customers.
- Ensure implementation of trade policies and dealer advertising to generate sell-in and sell-out.
- Conduct research and analysis of competition, including pricing, strategies, products, trends, and promotions.
- Coordinate marketing strategies with distributors and develop the sales force to increase market share.
- Plan demand forecasts according to territory and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Engineer, Administrator, or relevant sales experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Sales and Marketing skills.
- Target-focused with planning development.
- Business acumen, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales in the field, tires, or consumer goods.
- Knowledge of the tire industry and SAP.
