What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic faculty engagement and integrate Lippincott and NurseTim products into nursing curricula.
• Contribute to product updates to ensure alignment with academic nursing needs.
• Develop solutions and drive initiatives to address challenges in nursing education and improve student success.
• Stay current on nursing education trends and their impact on student outcomes.
• Champion innovation in preparing nurses for the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Travel up to 30% for customer visits, team meetings, and conferences.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education.
• Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, including curriculum design and instructional strategies.
• Proficiency in educational technology and platforms.
• Deep understanding of NCLEX and adult learning theory.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching in career schools, proprietary institutions, or non-traditional nursing education settings.
• Familiarity with Lippincott, NurseThink, and NurseTim products.
