Location: Remote (Must be based in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, or Uruguay)

What you will do

  • Own customer health and retention strategies for a defined portfolio to ensure consistent value realization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Support, Payroll, and Finance to resolve client experience issues.
  • Accelerate customer activation by removing operational blockers to reduce time-to-value.
  • Identify and drive strategic expansion opportunities across products and countries.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on global employment practices and country-specific regulations.
  • Collect and provide structured client feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS.
  • At least 2 years of experience in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.
  • Must be based in one of the supported AMER countries (LATAM).
  • Strong strategic thinking and clear communication skills for a global environment.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously in a remote setup.
