What you will do
- Own customer health and retention strategies for a defined portfolio to ensure consistent value realization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Support, Payroll, and Finance to resolve client experience issues.
- Accelerate customer activation by removing operational blockers to reduce time-to-value.
- Identify and drive strategic expansion opportunities across products and countries.
- Act as a trusted advisor on global employment practices and country-specific regulations.
- Collect and provide structured client feedback to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS.
- At least 2 years of experience in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.
- Must be based in one of the supported AMER countries (LATAM).
- Strong strategic thinking and clear communication skills for a global environment.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously in a remote setup.
