What you will do

• Design and develop DS solutions to improve advertiser experience and the ad platform marketplace performance.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for platform effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate product requirements into data science solutions.
• Develop Machine Learning models for anomaly detection, prediction, and pattern recognition.
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in data science or machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
• Experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of statistical modelling, causal inference, and experimentation design.
• Experience with large-scale data processing tools like Spark, Hadoop, or Hive.
