What you will do

• Act as lead architect for AI and automation solutions across key platforms.
• Design end-to-end secure, scalable AI architectures aligned to MSP models.
• Define and enforce SDLCs for automation and AI initiatives.
• Build PoCs, reference architectures, and working solutions to validate designs.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement automation-first, AI-enabled improvements.
• Advise service owners, delivery teams, and leadership on AI strategy and adoption.
• Ensure alignment with best practices, security, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering AI/automation in MSP or service-led environments
• Strong hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Strong scripting/automation with PowerShell and/or Python
• Solid C#, REST APIs, Webhooks, and integration patterns experience
• Excellent stakeholder management for senior leadership and technical teams
• Ability to translate complex tech into business solutions and work in ambiguity
