What you will do

• Build and ship AI systems that operate in physical environments.
• Develop perception, sensor fusion, and decision-making pipelines using RGB-D and LiDAR.
• Deploy models specifically for localization, manipulation, and navigation tasks.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle from data collection and model training to real-world deployment.
• Work directly with hardware in a 20,000+ sq ft robotics lab.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying AI systems in real-world physical environments.
• Strong depth in modern AI/ML implementation beyond theory or research.
• Experience with robotics or autonomy (e.g., background at Boston Dynamics, Amazon Robotics).
• Ability to work across the full stack, including models, data, and deployment systems.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in North Reading, MA.
