What you will do

• Deliver state-of-the-art closed- and open-world tracking systems for L4 self-driving vehicles.
• Contribute to technical direction of tracking team and perception organization.
• Write robust software for real-time, resource-constrained, safety-critical applications.
• Drive cross-functional features from problem statement to delivery.
• Identify perception system limitations and implement improvements.
• Root-cause onboard issues and provide solutions.
• Align stakeholders through presentations and communication.
• Lead technical topics and build consensus.

Requirements

• US person status, citizenship, or residence verification required due to national security laws and export controls.
• Experience architecting, training, and deploying ML models in real-world environments.
• Track record driving applied research projects to completion, including experimentation and productization.
• Experience delivering perception/tracking for real-time robotic applications.
• Knowledge of advanced probabilistic algorithms for uncertain inputs.
• Strong software engineering and algorithm design skills.
• Fluency in Python and C++.
