What you will do

• Own full P&L responsibility for the Thailand business, managing revenue growth and cost discipline.
• Establish and run the local operational structure, operating model, and execution cadence.
• Translate global strategy into a detailed Thailand business plan and execute it with speed.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary Thailand team across marketing, PR, support, and operations.
• Drive growth through strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to localize the platform for the Thailand market.

Requirements

• Strong background in technology, digital platforms, fintech, or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of owning commercial outcomes and delivering P&L results.
• Experience building and leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven commercial judgment and execution discipline.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and make high-quality decisions under pressure.
