What you will do

• Design and develop Generative AI and NLP solutions using transformer-based architectures and deep learning.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from initial data analysis to production deployment and optimization.
• Build LLM-based applications, including intelligent assistants and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and DevOps teams to integrate models into scalable cloud environments.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to select appropriate algorithms and tools for specific business use cases.
• Present technical solutions and translate complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Generative AI and NLP, including models like GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI deployment.
• Academic background with a Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
• English: Upper-intermediate business level required.
• Must be based in Chile.
