Location: Office encouraged with up to 2 remote days per week; Work From Anywhere policy allows working from almost anywhere in the world. Salary for Lithuanian and Polish markets.

Gross salary: 3100-4300 EUR/month (Lithuania), 17600-23000 PLN/month (Poland). It may vary depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Own creative strategy for paid channels, aligning messaging and formats with business and performance goals.
• Turn performance data into creative insights, concepts, and testable hypotheses.
• Lead creative ideation for new campaigns, angles, and formats including static, video, UGC, and native-style ads.
• Define and prioritize structured creative testing roadmaps across platforms and funnel stages.
• Brief, review, and guide designers, video editors, copywriters, and freelancers for high-quality output.
• Analyze creative performance to identify scalable patterns in hooks, narratives, visuals, and CTAs.
• Iterate on winning creatives, research competitors and trends, document learnings, and build playbooks.
• Collaborate with teams on channel strategy and budget efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience driving performance through ad creatives.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Strategic thinking while hands-on with concepts, scripts, and creative reviews.
• Comfortable owning decisions and defending choices with data.
• Clear communicator aligning creative and performance teams.
