TL;DR

Pricing Manager (E-Commerce): Taking responsibility for revenue from proxy and scraping products with an accent on optimizing public pricing of existing products and creating pricing for new products and features. Focus on identifying trends and growth opportunities by analyzing the customer base and market landscape.

Location: Hybrid work (3 office days/ 2 WFH) & WFA options in Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: 3200 - 4400 EUR/month

What you will do

  • Responsibility for revenue from proxy and scraping products and self-service customers.
  • Optimize public pricing of existing products: rate plan prices & allowances, add-ons, and extra features.
  • Create pricing for new products and features.
  • Conduct market research: comparing our products with competitors based on functionality, allowances, pricing, and positioning.
  • Support the product organization with commercial input for new products and features (based on market research).
  • Identify trends and growth opportunities by analyzing the customer base and market landscape and initiate campaigns to grow the value of the existing customer base via upsell, cross-sell, and retention.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers (pricing, revenue, customer data).
  • Structured and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Commercial thinking - able to translate insights into business impact.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to deep-dive into products and market.
  • Experience working with subscription-based or recurring revenue business models.

  • Background in commercial roles such as pricing, revenue management, customer value, or segmentation.
