Junior Product Manager (Fintech)

Junior Product Manager (Fintech): Work across the entire product development cycle including concept creation, development, testing, and launch of new trading products, as well as oversee performance of existing products to optimize customer experience and reduce risk. What you will do

• Set up product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
• Develop innovative products, prepare business cases, and define Go-to-Market strategies
• Collect requirements, build product roadmaps, and document detailed specs
• Act as liaison between Product, Project Management, BI, IT, Business Development, and Management
• Collaborate with dev teams to ensure features meet customer needs and monitor progress
• Track product performance, adjust for targets, and communicate plans to stakeholders

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Finance, Physics, Business Management, or Computer Science
• At least 1 year in a similar position
• Exceptional analytical, logical, and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder buy-in across departments
• Result-driven, proactive in fast-changing environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative

Nice to have

• Experience in quantitative roles in trading, FX/capital markets, gaming, or asset management
• Understanding of financial products like CFDs, Options, Futures
• Knowledge of FX market client profiles
• Strong business acumen and trade lifecycle understanding
• Experience with online trading platforms
