What you will do

• Own end-to-end player journeys including registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, and account management.
• Manage the product roadmap for the shared brand website template to ensure flexibility and scalability.
• Analyze player behavior using Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, and funnel analysis to identify and resolve friction points.
• Collaborate with Front-End, CRM, Payments, and other PMs to integrate retention and engagement tools.
• Manage the Front-End product backlog, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and business logic.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify iGaming UX trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Growth PM.
• Experience with high-conversion digital products in iGaming, fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile user journeys and experience working with Front-End development teams.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and product management software like Jira and Figma.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured product requirements.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically in iGaming, casino, or sportsbook platforms.
• Expertise with cashier, KYC, and bonus flows.
• Experience with white-label platforms or multi-brand templates.
• Knowledge of localization, multi-currency, and multi-language requirements.
