What you will do

• Advocate for AI tools and capabilities within the engineering team.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for SaaS products.
• Mentor and train team members on automation, quality practices, and principles.
• Contribute to code reviews, design reviews, effort estimates, and team discussions.
• Assess and raise risks across the hirify.global solution.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve performance, scalability, and reliability while deploying new features.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in software engineering, development, test, or QA roles.
• Track record using AI-powered testing tools like Applitools, Testim, Mabl, TestRigor, TestComplete, UI-TARS, Midscene, and Puppeteer.
• Experience in automation testing and building frameworks from the ground up.
• Programming experience, ideally in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or C#.
• Knowledge of test case management techniques and risk scenarios (functional, boundary, performance, etc.).
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, sense of ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira & Zephyr Scale.
