TL;DR

Professional Services Engineer (Quality Assurance and Automation) (AI): Delivering specialized AI-driven solutions for enterprise contact centers with an accent on implementation, configuration, and optimization of proactive AI agents. Focus on owning the QA lifecycle, validating API integrations, and optimizing customer journeys through data analysis and automated testing.

Location: Hybrid (Manila, Philippines) — 2 days office, 3 days remote per week.

What you will do

  • Design and implement proactive AI solution consultancy and automation.
  • Own the QA lifecycle, including test planning, execution, regression, and defect management.
  • Configure, test, and deploy SaaS-based customer journeys aligned to client requirements.
  • Validate APIs, data flows, and integrations using manual and automated testing approaches.
  • Analyze transactional data to support journey optimization and root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with distributed global teams across EU, US, and APAC time zones.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, test automation, or technical consulting.
  • Strong understanding of the QA lifecycle and experience designing test cases with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Exposure to test automation, configuration-based testing, or low-code/no-code tools.
  • Ability to write SQL queries and JavaScript snippets for testing purposes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and Jira.
  • Amenable to work shifting schedules.

  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau.
