What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Analyze business problems to determine value and ROI to justify further solution analysis.
- Partner with Product Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Services to drive problem statements through to solution.
- Own the interaction between ET and stakeholders, managing expectations on SLAs and next steps.
- Communicate business trends and problems to the wider engagement team to ensure organizational awareness.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure alignment with OKRs, security improvements, and business transformation.
Requirements
- Must be based in Colombia.
- English: Advanced or Bilingual level required.
- Solid understanding of Business Analysis and Product Ownership.
- Ability to produce business impact assessments and portfolio-level roadmaps.
- Strong technical communication skills to converse credibly with engineers.
- Ability to communicate complex news to leaders and peers effectively.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within technology or software companies.
- Experience working with C-suite executives and Directors.
- Ability to build efficient processes and navigate organizational bureaucracy.
- Experience with Scrum practices.
