Location: Remote (Must live and work from Canada)

What you will do

  • Simulate and validate complex SoC designs against ASIC specifications.
  • Utilize industry-leading EDA tools and advanced verification techniques to ensure design quality.
  • Perform debugging and problem-solving to identify and resolve functional issues in silicon designs.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic verification team to shape the future of semiconductor innovation.

Requirements

  • Active student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid foundation in digital logic design and verification using System Verilog or VHDL.
  • Proficiency in C, C++ and scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or TCL.
  • Experience with EDA simulation tools.
  • Must be based in Canada; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).
  • Knowledge of AMBA-based protocols (AXI, AHB, APB) or industry standards like UART, I2C, and SPI.
  • Experience in low power verification and formal verification.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and Copilot.
  • Linux experience with bash or tcsh.
