Group Business Planning Senior Analyst (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze Group Actual topline on monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and budget/forecast variance analysis.
• Support Investor Relations by providing financial reports and shaping the equity story.
• Identify risks and opportunities through the topline Landing process.
• Optimize reporting processes and propose checks to improve data quality.
• Contribute to the Group’s transformation journey and adoption of new tools and governance models.

Requirements

• Significant experience in FP&A and revenue forecasting within multinational or complex organizations.
• Understanding of digital revenue models (Premium, F2P, DLC, subscriptions) and player behavior metrics (DAU, MAU).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with multidimensional data cubes.
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Fluent in English (CV must be submitted in English).
• Analytical thinking and ability to meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.

• Experience with Oracle technologies, BAFT, or HFM.
