What you will do

• Design and develop secure, scalable services for AI agent identity and secrets management.
• Implement agent authentication flows and real-time just-in-time, least-privilege access policies.
• Lead the evolution of Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and agentic AI systems.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver high-performance platform components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for large-scale security-conscious enterprises.
• Coordinate with platform, AI, and security teams to shape design decisions and bring solutions to life.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend or systems development.
• Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performing distributed cloud-based systems.
• Proficiency working with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Must be based in Israel to support the hybrid work model.
• Strong passion for exploring new technologies, especially in AI and agentic AI.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or Go.
