Location: Hybrid in Raanana, Israel (hirify.global-FLEX: 2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Drive engineering excellence through AI-augmented workflows and agentic development patterns.
• Lead the design and implementation of features within the Cloud Analytics Infrastructure group.
• Set team standards for technical selection and drive the overall technical direction.
• Develop AI-driven features and orchestrate autonomous agents to optimize engineering workflows.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and scalable solutions through strategic thinking and long-term vision.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in Java and cloud development.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar LLM frameworks.
• Proven ability to design and ship end-to-end AI-driven solutions from concept to production.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Must be based in Raanana, Israel to support the hybrid work model.
