What you will do

• Act as the primary finance partner for commercial, operational, and delivery teams across the Middle East & Asia.
• Provide commercially relevant financial analysis to support decision-making on bids, contracts, and new opportunities.
• Own financial reviews of commercial forecasts and pricing to ensure margin integrity and risk management.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the region's sales in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Manage and develop two junior finance analysts, providing coaching and structured feedback.
• Collaborate with group finance and operations across different regions, cultures, and time zones.

Requirements

• Fully qualified CIMA or ACCA accountant.
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in commercial finance or business partnering.
• Proven track record of partnering with sales, revenue-generating, or operational delivery teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience working in an international business environment across multiple geographies.
• Must be based in Dubai.

• Experience within the broadcast, media, or live events industry.
• Exposure to the Middle East business environment.
• Experience with Hyperion.
• Arabic language skills.
