What you will do

  • Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, troubleshooting and escalating issues.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Communicate with users to provide guidance and updates during issue resolution.
  • Document solutions and actions to support internal knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to identify recurring issues and improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Experience in an IT support or service desk role.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Teams, Outlook).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
