What you will do
- Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, troubleshooting and escalating issues.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Exchange.
- Communicate with users to provide guidance and updates during issue resolution.
- Document solutions and actions to support internal knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to identify recurring issues and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Experience in an IT support or service desk role.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management.
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Teams, Outlook).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
Nice to have
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
