What you will do

• Partner with global investment, sales, and risk teams to deliver sustainability products across asset classes to Americas clients.
• Communicate the firm's sustainability and impact capabilities and views to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage complex client projects, including portfolio analysis, strategic planning, and custom sustainability product development.
• Conduct research on sustainability trends, energy investments, and regulatory developments to support client engagements.
• Develop high-quality client materials, pitchbooks, and responses to due diligence questionnaires.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to integrate sustainability solutions into broader sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in sustainable finance, climate, and impact investing is a must.
• Experience in investment management, business development, or advisory, preferably in a client-facing role with allocators.
• Familiarity with portfolio construction and investment processes.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required (must be obtained within three months of employment).
• Must be based in New York, NY.
