Salary: $114,000 – $142,375 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Senior Portfolio Asset Managers, Managers, and Analysts.
• Oversee project financial matters, including P&L responsibility and annual budget tracking.
• Act as the Owner's Representative for various renewable energy project portfolios.
• Ensure strict compliance with Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Hedge, Interconnection, and Financing Agreements.
• Identify and implement revenue-increasing and risk-mitigation opportunities across the asset fleet.
• Manage professional relationships with regulatory agencies, landowners, and investment partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in Louisville, CO.
• 4-5+ years of relevant experience in the energy industry.
• BA/BS degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or other quantitative fields.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading professional teams.
• Strong understanding of project finance, legal contracts, and accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
