What you will do

• Define and evolve the architecture of the cloud-native platform.
• Drive technical direction and influence long-term product and infrastructure decisions.
• Review designs with engineering teams, recommend improvements, and solve deep technical challenges.
• Collaborate with team leaders and senior engineers to scale systems while maintaining reliability and performance.
• Lead architecture discussions involving Kubernetes, Go, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience, including large-scale system design.
• Strong architectural thinking and experience designing cloud-native, distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, and Go.
• Experience in high-growth startups or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
• Ability to work independently and mentor engineering teams.
• Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.

• Experience with cloud cost optimization or resource management.
