What you will do

• Develop and localize RG policies and processes in alignment with industry and regulatory standards across assigned markets.
• Define and track KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of compliance reporting and RG monitoring initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments and conduct regular risk assessments to implement mitigation measures.
• Lead RG integration for expansion projects, ensuring "compliance by design" during market entry.
• Implement and oversee behavioral monitoring tools to identify player risk and leverage data-driven insights.
• Develop and deliver training programs for employees to reinforce RG standards and awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in governance, compliance, or responsible gaming, ideally in gaming or financial sectors.
• Strong understanding of RG frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder management within regulated industries.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Cultural awareness and experience in localizing policies across diverse markets.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analytics and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with business continuity planning in high-growth or expansion-focused environments.
• Professional certifications in compliance, governance, or risk management (e.g., CCEP, CRMP).
