What you will do

  • Translate business strategy into clear people priorities, focusing on manager effectiveness and retention.
  • Coordinate HR practices and alignment across the Barcelona HQ and Istanbul teams.
  • Build and embed best practices for performance conversations, feedback culture, and goal setting.
  • Own and continuously improve performance and salary review cycles, ensuring fairness and calibration.
  • Coach and challenge managers to elevate leadership quality and handle complex employee relations.
  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure scalable, consistent, and data-driven execution of the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in high-growth environments.
  • Solid experience in compensation, salary reviews, and performance management processes.
  • Proven ability to coach senior stakeholders and influence business decisions with confidence.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish is required.
  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Experience working in international or multi-location teams.
