Salary: Base $43,200/year + commission (Top performers $110k+)

What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume qualification conversations via Zoom and phone to assess client goals and alignment.
  • Set high-quality appointments and ensure a flawless handoff to Enrollment Advisors.
  • Manage meticulous CRM notes and maintain real-time communication via Slack and team huddles.
  • Hit and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Progress from an Appointment Setter to a High Ticket Closer (Enrollment Advisor) based on performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (W-2)
  • Ability to work 50+ hours per week with a flexible, rotating schedule including weekends
  • Strong competitive drive and obsession with hitting revenue targets
  • Comfortable spending the majority of the day on continuous back-to-back Zoom calls
  • High energy, ownership, and a commitment to personal growth
  • Alignment with the mission of empowering women through fitness
