Salary: €73,200 – €91,500 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with country directors and functional leaders to develop strategies for key business challenges.
• Translate board direction and market insights into a clear organizational narrative.
• Conduct structured analysis on new technologies, customer segments, and competitive dynamics.
• Act as a rigorous sparring partner for the Board to pressure-test reasoning and identify blind spots.
• Assist teams in translating strategic directions into actionable plans, deliverables, and trade-offs.
• Take ownership of the customer experience agenda as a cross-departmental strategic pillar.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or an MBA.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a first-principles thinking approach.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal storytelling and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Genuine affinity for energy transition and mobility.
