Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands). Candidates must be living in the Netherlands and enrolled in a school for the duration of the internship.

What you will do

• Monitor the completeness and accuracy of traceability data in the Beantracker tool.
• Analyze current workflows and cocreate improvements with teams in Amsterdam and West Africa.
• Track monthly cocoa deliveries and analyze volume status to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support monthly invoicing for Mission Ally premiums and payouts to cooperatives.
• Contribute to the 2025/26 Tony’s Open Chain Impact Report by gathering information, drafting content, and validating KPIs.

Requirements

• Currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences (backgrounds in sustainability, supply chain, or quality are a plus).
• Fluent French is required for daily interaction with team members and partners in Côte d’Ivoire.
• Must be living in the Netherlands and enrolled in an educational institution for the duration of the internship.
• Strong alignment with Tony's mission and core values.
