What you will do

• Execute just-in-time logistics for materials and equipment across suppliers, manufacturing sites, and project locations.
• Plan and monitor shipping activities to ensure on-time delivery and meet financial metrics.
• Coordinate customs clearance processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Use planning and forecasting tools to simplify logistics and communicate with service providers.
• Serve as a regional subject matter expert for operational logistics best practices.
• Manage the shipping of dangerous goods, ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics/SCM with 5+ years of experience, or vocational training with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in handling and shipping dangerous goods.
• Working knowledge of the EMEA logistics market.
• Experience in Project Logistics, Ocean Freight, and Truck Transport.
• Fluency in English and business proficiency in German.
