What you will do

• Design high-impact assets for ads, landing pages, campaigns, and sales materials that drive measurable results
• Own and evolve the company’s visual identity to ensure cohesion across all markets
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and employer branding teams to align visuals with goals
• Translate brand strategy and data into engaging, conversion-focused visuals
• Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, performance metrics, and trends
• Create materials for internal events, investor decks, and product presentations

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in fast-paced brands, tech startups, or agencies
• Strong portfolio of commercial, performance-driving design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strategic mindset connecting design to marketing goals
• Fast, reliable, detail-oriented, and strong collaborator

Nice to have

• Motion design or 3D experience
