What you will do

  • Execute brand design across all marketing and customer touchpoints to maintain a premium aesthetic.
  • Create high-impact, conversion-led creatives for paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Design assets for email marketing, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Produce visual assets for website updates, landing pages, and product pages.
  • Develop and refine brand guidelines, templates, and a scalable design system.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to iterate on creatives based on performance data and growth insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in brand and marketing design.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing brand identity and digital marketing execution.
  • Experience designing for DTC brands, particularly in health, wellness, or premium consumer products.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Must be based in South Africa or Kenya.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
