TL;DR

Business Development Representative (German-Speaking): Identifying and approaching potential pharmacy partners across the DACH market to build a qualified sales pipeline with an accent on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and relationship building. Focus on conducting market research, leading pre-sales conversations in German, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Fully remote, must work CET business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM)

Salary: Up to $2,000 USD/month (full-time, part-time pro-rated from 20 hours/week)

What you will do

  • Identify and approach potential pharmacy partners across the DACH market to build a strong pipeline
  • Lead outreach and pre-sales conversations entirely in German, communicating value proposition
  • Conduct market research to uncover partnership opportunities and track pharmaceutical trends
  • Set and track KPIs for outreach, refining approach based on results
  • Maintain accurate CRM and lead records for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align outreach with commercial strategy

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German speaker — hard requirement for daily representation in German markets
  • Proven sales experience in commercial, outbound, or business development roles
  • 2–4 years in business development, pre-sales, or similar outward-facing sales
  • Able to work CET business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM)
  • Confident communicator who builds credibility with professional partners
  • Self-directed and organized in managing pipeline and follow-ups

Nice to have

  • Pharmacy or healthcare industry background, familiarity with pharmacy operations
