What you will do

• Build and validate 1P audience segments utilizing hirify.global behavioral, transactional, and lifecycle data.
• Design experiments to isolate the incremental effect of 1P audience signals over platform VBO baselines.
• Apply causal inference methods to measure the true incremental lift of audience-based targeting.
• Develop power analysis frameworks and guardrails to enable rapid, statistically sound experimentation.
• Create reusable audience and measurement frameworks to scale experimental learnings across campaigns.
• Partner with engineering and PMT to translate validated prototypes into production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with patents or publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong experience in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, or data mining.
• Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional software development.
• Expertise in designing experiments and statistical analysis of results.
• Proven track record of solving complex business problems through ML and statistical algorithms.
