Location: Barcelona office 4 days per week, 1 day remote

Salary: €42,000 - €50,000

What you will do

• Identify, design, build, and deploy ML solutions across the full lifecycle from problem framing to production monitoring and iteration.
• Develop classic ML models such as classification, regression, clustering, ranking, forecasting, or recommendations based on business needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to translate opportunities into robust, impactful solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics, communicate trade-offs, and ensure solutions are adopted and measurable.
• Explore data, engineer features, run experiments, and implement evaluation/monitoring to maintain model performance and detect issues.
• Write documentation, share insights, and iterate quickly based on real-world results.

Requirements

• 2+ years as Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or similar in applied ML projects
• Experience with classic ML models (classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, ranking, recommendations)
• End-to-end ML project ownership: from business problems and data exploration to deployment, monitoring, and iteration
• Strong Python, SQL, and ML libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch)
• Analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems; production ML workflows including testing and Engineering collaboration
• Comfortable in English with distributed teams; willingness to work from Barcelona office 4 days/week
• Stakeholder communication, ownership, autonomy, and curiosity
