What you will do

• Analyze financial performance and revenue streams across various music catalogs.
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and transaction viability.
• Conduct valuation analysis using cash flow modeling, forecasting, and comparable deal benchmarks.
• Prepare investment memorandums and transaction summaries to support buyer discussions.
• Conduct due diligence and review financial documentation for intellectual property assets.
• Research music catalog transactions and track market trends in the rights investment landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel.
• Proven experience evaluating financial assets or investments.
• Must be based in Latin America.
