What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to the entrepreneur, contributing to decision-making and strategic planning.
• Oversee a pre-seed venture capital fund, managing fundraising, investment processes, and stakeholder relations.
• Collaborate on the development and validation of new business models to establish new companies.
• Develop and implement investment strategies across various asset classes, with a focus on real estate.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure operational smoothness and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with overall strategic goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in investment (startups, real estate, or similar domains).
• Proficiency in handling contracts, investment structures, and financial matters.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on complex information.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to work within the CET timezone.
