What you will do

• Lead hardware architecture and design for embedded/IoT devices, including schematic capture and library management in Altium.
• Collaborate with firmware/software teams on interfaces, boot architectures, and system behaviors for ARM platforms.
• Design power delivery networks, including PoE, and integrate connectivity like BLE, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Cellular, PCIe.
• Drive schematic reviews, prototyping, validation testing, and manufacturing partnerships.
• Use AI tools for design acceleration and provide mentorship to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 7+ years in hardware design for embedded systems or IoT devices
• Strong proficiency with Altium Designer for schematics and libraries
• Experience with ARM processors, power/clocking/memory/peripherals
• Hands-on with firmware collaboration, board bring-up, and lab tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
• Networking/IoT experience (BLE/Wi-Fi/Ethernet/Cellular) and PoE design

• PCIe or high-speed interfaces
• Day-to-day AI tool proficiency for engineering tasks
