What you will do

• Administer various private equity, real estate, and fund of fund structures.
• Coordinate routine and complex fund operations, including the production of calls and distribution notices.
• Maintain accurate investor records and produce reporting (unit holdings, cash flow, NAV packs, and capital accounts) using eFront.
• Plan and produce annual audited financial statements and liaise with auditors.
• Monitor client communication to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Mentor junior staff and review their work to support professional development.

Requirements

• Experience in a fund administration or financial services environment.
• Part-qualified in a relevant professional qualification, preferably ACCA or equivalent.
• Sound technical knowledge of financial services.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and essential software.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues and clients.
