What you will do
- Administer various private equity, real estate, and fund of fund structures.
- Coordinate routine and complex fund operations, including the production of calls and distribution notices.
- Maintain accurate investor records and produce reporting (unit holdings, cash flow, NAV packs, and capital accounts) using eFront.
- Plan and produce annual audited financial statements and liaise with auditors.
- Monitor client communication to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Mentor junior staff and review their work to support professional development.
Requirements
- Experience in a fund administration or financial services environment.
- Part-qualified in a relevant professional qualification, preferably ACCA or equivalent.
- Sound technical knowledge of financial services.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and essential software.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues and clients.
